Smoky Mountain Pizzeria Grill completed ground up construction of their new location at 1011 N. Meridian Road in Kuna, ID.

Hampton Inn Burley used the SBA 504 program to construct a new hotel located at 560 Hampton Drive in Burley, ID.

Southern Idaho Opthamology

Southern Idaho Opthamology is located in Twin Falls, ID. The practice is owned by Dr. Coombs who specializes in refractive cataract surgery, eyelid surgery, macular degeneration, and Lasik surgery. Dr. Coombs used the SBA 504 program to construct a new building located at 1415 Parkview Drive in Twin Falls, ID.

PKG

PKG, Inc., specializes in design, development, and manufacturing of user interface systems, primarily serving medical, industrial/ instrumentation, and avionics industries. This 35,633 sq. ft. building was constructed in 2011 on Pine Avenue in Meridian. Homy Panahi, CEO/President and Founder of PKG, used the SBA 504 program to finance the construction of this beautiful facility.

Idaho Tax Solutions

Instant Tax Solutions completed ground up construction for a new facility in Coeur d'Alene utilizing SBA 504 funding. Financing was provided for the purchase of land and construction of a 8,500 sq. ft. building.

Best Western Nampa

This 82 room, 4 story, Best Western Plus hotel is located at 205 3rd Street South in Nampa, ID. The borrower used the equity in the project land as part of their minimum 15% down payment, which allowed them to preserve working capital.

Teton Machine Co

Teton Machine Company manufactures high quality precision parts for commercial and industrial applications. This 30,144 sq. ft. light industrial building allowed the company to grow after reaching capacity at their former location.

Epic Shine

Epic Shine completed construction of a 6,037 sq. ft. car wash located at 128 E. Hawaii Ave in South Nampa, ID. SBA 504 financing also provided funding for the installation of equipment and fees associated with the development. This was the 3rd Epic Shine location in Idaho.

RADIX Construction

RADIX Contruction, Inc relocated to this 12,388 sq. ft. facility at 4865 E. Franklin Rd., in Nampa, ID. SBA 504 financing was provided for the purchase of the land, construction of the building, and equipment.

Smoky Mountain Pizzeria Grill 2

Smoky Mountain Pizzeria Grill is a family friendly, casual Italian restaurant offering pizza, pasta and sandwiches. Dan Todd used the SBA 504 program to help finance the purchase of the building, make improvements, and install new equipment and fixtures. The restaurant is located at 127 E. State Street in Eagle.
